“Good value mid-range hotel but not boutique”

The best

The location is superb with a balcony overlooking Cáceres main square. The bedroom was sizeable with a comfortable bed but pretty ordinary décor. No wastepaper basket. No toiletries in the bathroom and towels pretty mere. In the bath both soaps were set in fixed containers at the level of the shower and so were quite unreachable when having a bath. This is not what I would consider a boutique hotel but a perfectly decent ordinary establishment. Breakfast adequate but unmemorable.

“Nice hotel in a great location!”

The best

This hotel is located right on Plaza Mayor facing the old part of Caceres so it's location is excellent. We had a room facing the Plaza and it was not noisy when we sere there mid week. Clean comfortable room that was fairly large by European standards. Very friendly and helpful front desk people who spoke fairly good English. Note that our GPS - don't remember if it was Waze or Google Maps did not take us directly to the hotel. It took us a couple of streets away but it was right in front of the parking garage that the hotel uses.

“Great hotel in A1 location”

The best

We loved this hotel. Our room was spacious, clean with high ceilings and shuttered windows that opened onto the Plaza Mayor, the best location in Caceres. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet had a wide selection of delicious items. The only thing lacking was a bar or social space, but we wouldn't expect it in a small boutique hotel.

“Rubbish.very poor”

To be improved

Property advised my dog was too big to stay. However they didn’t cancel my booking and charged me anyway. Despite discussing with property they will not reimburse!! V poor I paid and stayed at NH hotel caceres which was great. I even visited soho hotel while I was there to discuss but very unhelpful Don’t stay here!!!

“Charming hotel in Centro-Casco Antigua”

The best

The location was exceptional, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and quiet despite being in the center of the plaza. The amenities were as expected.

To be improved

The sliding glass door to the bathroom did not offer much privacy. Although parking was not attached, we were able to pull up to the hotel to load and unload. Otherwise, we were able to explore Càceres without a car.
