“Great location”
Great hotel in very good location! Walking distance to all the galleries. The staff were really helpful before we arrived and during our stay! Bedrooms are very comfortable and so is the bed. Nice foyer - breakfast adequate.
“A Very Good Hotel in a Great Location”
A nice place in a great location. They allowed us an early check-in (noon) which allowed us to explore Madrid. The hotel is in a good location, just a short walk to most of the major sights in Madrid. It was very quiet as we had an courtyard facing room. The bed was very comfortable and breakfast was also very good.
“Great location nostalgic vibes”
Excellent location , nice clean rooms, beautiful interior with nostalgic vibes , lobby staff was helpful Breakfast was less satisfying
“Perfect for first visit to Madrid”
Soho Boutique Hotel was perfect for our first visit to Madrid. Close to the beautiful Plaza Mayor and Gran Via with its iconic buildings, restaurants and shops. Only a short walk to the Fountain of Neptune to catch regular Tourist buses and close to El Retiro Park and the Botanical gardens where we spent most of the afternoon enjoying the wide expanse of trees, the lake and cool shade. Reception at hotel was efficient and breakfast downstairs plentiful. Room was clean with opening french windows, comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Highly recommend.
“Boutique Hotel”
Beautifully appointed hotel, in a quieter street close to the main square. Staff were very helpful. I'd definitely recommend this hotel and will happily stay again.
“Location was great and the staff was nice · Cons: For a four star hotel, very disappointed by the lack of a coffee machine or a work table in the room.”
