“Great mid-range option in Seville”

The best

Stayed here for one night in Jan 2026. Pros: 1) The location is good. There are plenty of eating and shopping options right next to the hotel. 2) The hotel decor is great. 3) The rooms and bathroooms are clean and spacious. 4) The front desk staff is quite helpful and courteous. 5) The WIFI was free with great speed and connectivity. 6) The place is quiet at night and the sleep quality was great. 7) The tariff was reasonable. Cons: 1) There is no dedicated hotel parking.

“Overpriced for what was offered”

The reception staff were very helpful and polite. Beautiful lobby, patio and general appearance.

To be improved

Located in a busy commercial part of town though the rooms were quiet. We were not located in rooms on the same floor as per the earlier request. In fact one room initially assigned required a trip down a long flight of stairs to the bathroom! We arrived at 7:30 pm and after consulting with management, the reception clerk gave us a rooftop room adjacent to the pool which was out of the way and access to it was not well lit at night.

The best

The hotel and the staff all of it was wonderful and beyond expectation which does not happen to me frequently given my enormous amount of time that I spend in hotels. The rooms large and so pretty. Enjoyment pure! Rooms where clean, coffee machine filled every day. Great atmosphere. Perfect location. No noise given it was in a side street. Great value for our money. Breakfast was included therefore great amenities.

“Great location, beautiful old Palace House”

The best

Located in central Seville, walk to everything. Cool, comfortable and beautifully appointed. Pool area very small and got crowded. Breakfast area was nice but breakfast was very basic. Very friendly and helpful staff.
