Javier was very attentive to our needs and always responded quickly, which gave us a real sense of security throughout our stay. The apartment itself, located right in the city center, had everything we needed for our 10-day visit. Just a five-minute walk to Postiguet Beach, with restaurants and shops practically at our doorstep, the location was truly unbeatable. It was simply perfect. We highly recommend it!

“Apartment with terrace near the beach and monuments”

The best

Spacious apartment on the 4th floor, with elevator. Access via code, no keys needed - and you can safely leave all your belongings in the apartment. Living room furnishings are basic - you will be a little surprised by the empty space - but functional. Beds very comfortable. The real gem is the terrace, generously large, shaded, with a beautiful view of the castle. For us, the fireworks over the sea were a bonus... The location is quiet, a short walk to Postiguet beach, a short walk to the castle. Next to the Santa Maria church, we recommend tapas and sangria on this square - a very quiet and romantic location, unlike the touristy center. The same restaurante El Pont on Plaza el Puente.

To be improved

Small things. A bit of illogicality in the kitchen - three appliances and only two sockets, so you're constantly switching plugs. A power strip, perhaps? The fridge has two doors that open crosswise, quite inconvenient. And a small tip for little money: guests would be happy to have beach supplies that they can't transport by plane, especially umbrellas. We left one that we bought in the apartment for you - maybe one more...

“An excellent location in the heart of Alicante.close to bus and tram”

Excellent location. Minutes from Puerto Del Mar bus and Tram. Very responsive host (Javier). Weekly cleaning and linen change. Very comfortable bed. Grocery stores nearby.

To be improved

Living room couch was not comfortable. Needs larger Smart TV in bedroom.
