Location is perfect!

Clean, excellent location. Would recommend!

Great apartment, enough for a couple, everything worked, clean. It is on 4th floor with no lift, but we knew that so no issue, we went out in the morning, back in the evening, nights out so not too many trips up and down. VERY central location, couldn't be better! Opposite entrance 2 brilliant coffee shops, 1 door down the best Flamenco show, just around the corner cocktail bar with amazing atmosphere and even better cocktails. Loads of other things within few minutes walk. Just perfect!

The apartment has high-quality amenities (light fixtures, sinks, cabinetry are all new). There was a nice supply of bathroom items, a hot shower, great heating, and an overall well-appointed apartment. The kitchen is equipped with the basics for cooking and dining. Very comfy bed and nice lighting. For those who want to shop for high-quality/low-cost groceries, the apartment is a few blocks from the Atarazanas covered market where you will find fresh seafood, meat, fruit & vegetables. It is quiet and in a very desirable location (not far from major bus lines and in the center of the downtown shopping district). The location helped us save money for our return flight since it is a few blocks from the A bus (which goes directly to the airport for only 4 euros per person - a UBER costs between 20-40 euros depending on the day you reserve). NOTE: The holiday lights were displayed downtown during our visit. The apartment is located in the center, so we simply stepped outside and we were in the middle of all the action.
