“The facilities were lovely, the rooms a perfect size for two people and the hotel was perfectly located to explore alcudia! The bus stop was just an 8 minute walk away and there are many supermarkets in the surrounding area as well as lovely restaurants.The breakfast had lots of choice and we loved the lunch options, as well as the drinks at the bar. The staff were lovely! · Cons: There were only small tweaks but otherwise everything was perfect. We found the walls were very thin, we could hear what sounded like every movement from the room above. We could also hear a lot of noise from the hallways in the morning due to the gap under the front door. It was also very busy by the pool area and we arrived in June, therefore in peak summer i assume it would be even busier, so if you’re looking for a relaxing holiday i’d look for a slightly quieter option. The hotel itself was beautiful and very clean however and perfect for families as they have some great evening and pool entertainment everyday.”

The best

Nice hotel in general, everything was new and renovated, nice room and common areas, bar offered very good lunch, swimming pool area was very nice and gym was free even if a bit small.

To be improved

The pressure of the shower in the room was very weak. And the day of the check out we needed a shower before going to the airport and we had to book it and there was only a slot every 1 hour for 2 people so it was all booked and we had to shower at the beach. The night it was a bit noisy even at 1am and in the morning from 8am the cleaners were chatting in the corridors while cleaning and you could hear everything.

The best

The hotel itself was good. The best was the staff Maria from breakfast restaurant was amazing. Also Rosa, always made sure our room was clean and neat. All my things were taken care of. All of the staff was helpful and lovely.

To be improved

Cleaning of common areas could be better, food quality could be better. Having said that is good for value. Wish it was located a few blocks down.

“Excellent hotel, wonderful staff and quiet area.”

The best

The hotel was spotless, the beds were very comfortable. The bedroom was a lovely size with great AC. The hotel is a 6 minute walk from the beach and the buses to Alcudia/Palma. The hotel is located in a very quiet area. The staff were friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. They are the nicest staff I have ever come across. The food was good, there was a great variety. Breakfast was excellent, dinner was varied. We didn’t like BBQ night, we felt the meat was of poor quality. But other nights were excellent.

To be improved

The photos of the pool are quite deceiving, the area is small and sun loungers are right beside each other. You can only leave the pool area for 35 minutes before they lift your towel, this is understandable but it makes your lunch rushed. It doesn’t give anytime to rest. There isn’t a lot to do in the area, we went to Alcudia most evenings. Be warned you have to use your card and tap as you get off, the buses are insanely busy. You can hear your neighbours, the insulation between walls isn’t the best. But we slept.

The best

Newly refurbished, spacious 3 bedroom apartment with large balcony. The kids pool was just fantastic - they have clearly thought long and hard about the high standard of facilities both inside and outside.

To be improved

Bathroom needs some shelves for toiletries. Perhaps some chest of drawers and more hangers. Hooks on back of doors maybe? Couldn’t get the TV to work - wasn’t essential but being able to hook up to Netflix, Prime etc via pit membership would have been a bonus for toddler.
