Sol Montemar 10 by IVI Real Estate

When we arrived we collected the keys from the lock box & then travelled to the apartment. There were were 2 keys & a plastic square which turned out to be a fob. When we arrived at the apartment complex we tried the gate with the keys but they did not work. I then had to look up the emergency no as it 22.30pm& phone them. The taxi driver stayed with us so he spoke to them in Spanish. He was told that the plastic piece was a fob & that to the left of the gate there was a pad. We finally got the gate open & proceeded to the inside gate. I assume that one of the keys was for this gate but this was not the case. A lady called down for an upper floor apartment & told us to use the fob. She said that she would come down to meet us as the hall was very dark & she knew where the light was. She was very helpful. Safe not working. No cleaning service extra cost of 30.00 Euros. Additional towels were also an extra 10.00.

Being picky... Just needs a little paint update and the bin men coming at 1am on the monday night. But that is not the apartment fault in any way.

Corridor door was keyed locked at night which I thought was a fire hazard

More outdated than photos showed, especially kitchen was poor. Bathroom nice though and modern 40+ inch smart TV. Would be a great upgrade to have proper cups, utensils, pans and pots. Felt quite crammed inside beyond master bedroom.
