The hotel reviews re cleanliness was not justified, the hotel is very clean, cleaners constantly cleaning and keeping on top of things.

To be improved

Too many people booked in a once, packed in like sardines at the pool, no tables beside loungers and literally on top of each other.

“If you’re looking to stay in luxury rooms, you won’t find that in this hotel. The rooms are very basic, economy-class. But if you want to have a fun and exciting vacation, then this is definitely the place for you. The food is very tasty and varied. There’s pretty much everything: three types of meat, seafood, desserts, a variety of fruits. Champagne in the mornings, and all the alcohol is high-quality. You guys are doing a great job! A special and huge thank you to the animation team. The animators are simply amazing! You create the mood for the whole vacation! You’re a team! You’re awesome! Especially animator Alex!!! If you’re traveling with kids, this place is fantastic — the kids will never be bored. Plus, the animators take the kids for two hours for games or a movie, giving parents some time for themselves! You’re the best! Keep it up! I hope to come back to you more than once! Thank you for a wonderful vacation! · Cons: At the reception desk, administrators need to be taught to smile like animators.🙂”

The food is absolutely disgusting and repetitive! Raw chicken! Had to tell receptionist every day to clean room! Would never go back even if it was free! Cheap copied drinks vile. Everyone scrapping for sunbeds as everyone goes down at 2am to get a bed. No control an absolute disaster. Get me home…
