Too much noise, a lot of visitors with children which make it hard for the number of staff available to deal with customers, which results in a lot of queues. You can’t enjoy a drink or dinner with the level of noise. Room was not cleaned during our stay. There was also a cot which makes the room very crowded and difficult to walk. This should be offered to families with children. The swimming pool doesn’t look like the picture on the website or while booking. Its small.

“My review on Sol principe”
The best

Stayed at this location being the hotel this was our 4th time . Excellent hotel 'very friendly staff rooms cleaned every day if you want it ' just hang tag on door so cleaning staff can see it . Inrelation to sunbeds if you get up early the sunbeds get unlocked around 8.30 so if your down by the many pools around 8 or 8.10 your gaurenteed sunbeds and a chosen space by the pool it's excellent for the children there's kids clubs mainly Spanish children but the staff don't leave your children out . Of a night there's shows on all performances are the staff you see around the complex on a daily basis I would and have recommended this hotel to friends who have been and said they enjoyed it big pat on the back to all staff see you 2026
