It is located in the vicinity of many attractions. Was relatively well equipped.

The apartment is in a fantastic location — very central and walkable to all the main sights, which made exploring Madrid really easy. Access to the property is managed via phone, which worked fine for us, but could be tricky for anyone not used to that setup.

To be improved

A few downsides to be aware of: there’s not much natural light in the space, and we could hear quite a bit of noise from neighbouring rooms. The kitchen had the basics, but a small touch like tea or coffee would have been appreciated. Also worth noting that the mattress was very firm — some might find it uncomfortable. Finally, we weren't able to leave our bags after check out, with the host asking for an extra £25 to provide this service. And a deposit is required before you're given instructions for check in. Overall, it was a good base for our stay, but with a few improvements it could be much more comfortable.

“Very cute and clean apartment for 3-4 people. Well equipped. The location was great and the staff very helpful.”

It was the most complicated check in that I have ever experienced. Access to the building/apartment was also complicated. Everything comes with instructions though, so we managed without any problems but it is a a bit of a hassle. Still a great experience overall.
