“A great apartment in a very nice city.”
The best

This was a great apartment. The location was perfect, right in the center of town overlooking the main square. The pictures don’t do it justice - everything was very elegant and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped, the WiFi was excellent, and we had everything we could need. Javier was great about helping us find the apartment and get parked (very convenient parking) and even helped with our luggage. Many thanks!

“Stunning Comfortable Apartment in a Great Location”
The best

The apartment was absolutely stunning and had everything you could possibly need in it. The beds are very comfortable too. It is situated in the old town and is right over a bakery with a food market only 1 minute away. Javier, the host, was very friendly and welcoming. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and a supermarket only 3 minutes walk away. Oviedo old town is quite flat and easy to walk around and our apartment was a 10 minute walk to a large shopping street with beautiful architecture on the way

“Great option in Oviedo!”
The best

The location of the apt is unbeatable! In center of plaza de la Constitución, a minute walk to all important sights and restaurants. The apt is tastefully decorated, modern and with all amenities, even an electric fireplace! Bathroom is enormous! Two bedrooms with comfortable full beds and a small area to watch tv or just relax and sit down. The building is in very good shape, with elevator or you can use the stairs. Very useful is that, for an additional fee you can have parking, very near from the apt. Javier was an excellent host. Very amicable with great recommendations for restaurants and things to do.

Only thing to be aware is that the apt doesn’t have A/C. We went first week of May and nights were still on the cold side. As there is some bars on the first floor it could get noisy if you need to open the windows.
