Sol y Mar Mogán

In a peaceful setting in the hills. Lovely pool, but cold! Well it is January. Good Sun loungers designated to each flat. Well equipped. Hearing the cockerel and hens. Owner gave us a lift from bus station to property. Hourly bus to beach and inland, short walk away. Relaxing. It is possible to walk to beach. Took us about 45 Minutes but we weren’t rushing.

A charming apartment in the mountains of Mogán. The apartment is absolutely lovely. It's very spacious, with a nice sized bedroom and living room with kitchen. The balcon is also large with a gorgeous view of the surrounding mountains. The place was clean and the host Juan Carlos was very friendly. The location is quiet and a bit remote, but if you have a rental car this is not a problem. It's about a 45 minute walk to the port of Mogán and about a 30 minute walk to the nearest supermarket and busstop Cruce Mogán, where you can catch the Global busses that take you to places on the island such as Maspalomas and Puerto Rico. Bus 91 will take you to the airport in about an hour, Bus 1 takes over 2 hours. So make sure you pick the right bus, if you are not a driver. The walk to the port through the mountains is lovely in daylight, but you can't walk back in the dark. You would need a taxi or take the hourly bus for 3 stops.
