Checking in was terrible. The place looked nothing like the photos on listing. They sent me an email to check in but no link. Had to send a request for link to check in. When I tried to check in it took forever and I had to pay a “bail” and “tax”. When I tried to pay it rejected every card I had multiple times. I had to call the next day and give information over the phone because the link didn’t work. The address listed on the site is to the main office so don’t use the website to locate apartment. Since we were arriving after hours we had to send a couple of requests to get key to get into place. But you pick up the key at one place and have to walk about half mile to the apartment and then look for entrance. The door was difficult to open. Once we entered we found that someone had smashed a bug on the door and left it. Same with one on bedroom wall. Sheets and pillowcases were dirty. Couch was very uncomfortable and you could feel all the metal bars. Beds were just cots put together. The place looked nothing like the pictures on the listing page. No A/C, which was expected, and no fan. List of thing to do when leaving including taking out trash and if not done you will be charged.

I had received the online form for check in just a few hours before ( at 22:10 the day before). So, I have to fill the form after my long flight. It was very unconfortable, because the company sent me link very late ( normaly another accomodation sent me the online check in 7-5 days before). My apartment looks so much worse than at the photos. I was really dissapointed. Agly view from living room, super old furnished and seconde bedroom has view to the “rubbish hole”?! So It was not possible to open window here and have a fresh air - very unhealthy. Unfortunately, I can not reccomend this accomodation.

It's dirty, there are cockroaches, ants and no one asks if you need towels, washcloths or toiletries, we had to buy toilet paper and bug spray. Don't do it to yourself! I'm shocked by everything! Extremely bad experience! No one asks if you need anything, we had to buy toilet paper and bug spray! The wardrobe was full of cockroaches and there were ants crawling on the beds. I have never seen anything like it!

Everthing. Although the local temperature was reasonable the appartment was very cold. No part of the appartment was facing into the sun. There were many empty units but no chance one of those would be offered. The problems began before we arrived. Amazed to find that check in closed at 18.00 hours. Our flight landed later than that. Bookings gave every impression the whole of the rental was paid. Checking bank statements showed an unknown amount being paid to an unknown destination . This apparently was a deposit. On arriving at the airport we were told we had 5 minutes to make another payment or the accomodation would be lost. This was achieved abd it seened i had managed to check us in online which was a nightmare with endless messages in Spanish which i dont speak and missing links to supposedly help. Eventually my son who does speak Spanish got us to the edge of check in. We arrived on the train and thank goodness a lady on the train helped us enormously. I realised the key was to be collected at a location away from the appartment but no idea how far away it was. Even our guardian angel couldnt wirk it out at first and we were trying to unlock the wrong key safe. If you arrive after dark make sure you have a torch as the safes are in the dark. The flat was very cold. We did not use enough bedding that night on the second night we did. But this was a 2 bedroom flat. No way enough bedding for 3 beds! Following morning into the bathroom The boiler exploded into life. Unfortunateky there was no plug for the bath. My partner has a bath every morning to help ease her painful joints. She tried the hand held shower. It lasted a few seconds before going very cold from very hot.This was the pattern each morning. I had 1 very brief shower in 5 days. The shower head was largely blocked and didnt fit the bracket. We found a very small electric heater entirely inadequate. Others had complained about the heating before and you would have expected it to have been adressed.

The description of the apartment says comfortable. The photo show that there are radiators in the various rooms of the apartment. And the expectation would be that there would be heat. When I picked up the keys I was told there's no heat in the apartment but I could rent a small face heater for 32.50€ extra. It was absolutely freezing in the apartment and the heater would only be suitable for one room at a time so if you were having two people sleeping in separate bedrooms it was impossible to be "comfortable". Had to rig up a curtain on the doorway between the hall and the living room to try to keep some heat inside the living room space. Absolutely no satisfaction from the rental company to be able to satisfy keeping the apartment fully heated. I had expected to stay there for four nights I turned the keys in after one night with the hopes of getting some reimbursement considering the apartment was falsely advertised as being comfortable lodging. December with no heat is not comfortable. Booking.com was unable to obtain any sort of reimbursement. I ended up finding other accommodations at an Airbnb in an apartment that had Central heating and was "comfortable". DO NOT RENT THIS APARTMENT IN WINTER MONTHS!
