“Okay. Needs maintenance”
The best

Great location but apartment needs maintenance and lacks basic items like room darkening curtains. Sofa is not comfortable. Shower drain was clogged when we arrived. Curtain rod was barely attached and fell completely while we were packing the night before checkout (property wanted to charge us 50 euros for this 🙄). Motorized window shade for bedroom didn't work (the one in the living room worked fine). Construction was going on next unit during our stay. One of the neighbors was working on their unit until 4am. Walls are thin so we heard a lot and had issues napping during the day and sleeping at night. Kitchen was very old. Property manager was nice and responsive.
