Verified reviews from real guests who have already stayed here.
The location was great, close to the harbor and restaurants.
Breakfast was good and well-received by guests.
Mixed experience with some positive and negative aspects affecting the overall stay.
Good breakfast buffet; however, some facilities were lacking.
Decent value for the price, but some aspects did not meet expectations.
Rooms were simple and clean but lacked some amenities.
“Terrible stay, avoid at all costs”
Terrible Experience, We Left Early We left the hotel after the first night because the conditions were completely unacceptable. 1) Misleading family setup: We booked thinking our family of three (with a small child) could stay together. But the beds in the bungalows cannot be joined, and we were told we needed two separate rooms that don’t connect – an unsafe and unreasonable setup for a family. 2) No cot available: I asked for a cot for my 3-year-old, who is tiny, and the staff simply said she was “too big” without offering any alternative. 3) Horrible smell and bugs: Both rooms had a strong, unpleasant odor and visible bugs. The hygiene level was unacceptable. 4)Rude service: The reception was cold and unhelpful. When we raised all these issues, they refused any refund, claiming “it’s the law” to book 2 rooms with a child — something I’ve never heard in any other hotel. To be frank, we then booked one room for 3 in another hotel without an issue. 5) Breakfast experience: We arrived 15 minutes before the end of breakfast service, but the atmosphere felt rushed and unwelcoming. The charcuterie didn’t seem very fresh, and everything was cleared away promptly at 10:01. Unfortunately, the staff showed little flexibility or warmth, even with our small child, which made the experience feel unnecessarily stressful. 6)No parking around the hotel. By the time we had just said hello to the service counter for check in, we were warned about the possibility to receive a ticket — why not put a visible sign at the door? We then rushed out and we indeed had already received a ticket fine (less than 5 min). We left without reimbursement for the last two nights because staying felt impossible. This is not a family-friendly place, and the overall condition and attitude made it feel unwelcoming and unsanitary. Avoid this hotel if you value your comfort, health, and dignity while traveling.
“It was a nice place to stay for a vacation. Checked in earlier then were mentioned, it was super helpful I was grateful”

“A little oasis near the heart of Port de soller”
Just got back from a a week here and I would HIGHLY recommend! The staff were so so lovely smiley and helpful. The breakfast is incredible totally unexpected a proper buffet with even a couple of hot options and so tasty and changed each day. The pool and surroundings were so clean and pretty it's like a little oasis walking through to your bungalows. So close to the port and bus station 10min walk at most. The bungalows aka glamping sheds were cute. They were basic had a wardrobe and dressing table couple of plug sockets. We missed having drawers and long length mirror hence the 4*. Yep there is no a/c but you have a ceiling fan and standing fan sounded like you were on the beach.
“The sweat box”
1st impressions was great lovely staff lovely pool area and gardens, breakfast area was lovely food ok not great but was watched like a hawk in case you tried to take the odd apple out, bungalow/ shed in desperate need of attention, especially the bathroom, if you don’t like bugs, ants, cockroaches then this place isn’t for you! Was eaten alive by mosquitoes despite using nets cream plug ins etc trying to sleep in a tiny sweat box with no air con and loads of itchy sore bites was horrible, in a good location not far from port but wouldn’t stay here again
“Gorgeous”
Just beautiful in every way. Gorgeous gardens. So peaceful and loved the interiors. The staff were great and we loved the bikes too. The breakfast and evening meal were excellent.
Nothing
“Five night stay, just what I liked quiet, good breakfast, nice pool and staff were great, very helpful, would definitely”
Quiet, layout was good and the idea of a little bungalow was great
Nothing I didn’t like
