The throw pillows in the room with the large bed looked dingy (dirty). Not enough towels. One per person and they were small.

Just about everything — it was beyond cold. The tiny plug-in heaters were vastly inadequate. We had to stay in bed or go out to a restaurant to keep warm, it was miserable, frankly. The kitchen was also the entrance hallway, and it was impossible to have two people in there at once, without hitting your hip on the fold-out table, which couldn’t be folded down. We were so cold, after walking all day this was most unwelcome. I noted that for summer guests, the only cooling was two fans, which would be close to as bad. They were also incredibly difficult to turn on. There was a noisy bar immediately underneath. With earplugs, I could drown out 90% of that noise, but the lift/elevator ran through the night and was freight train loud. My friend was kept awake all night by screaming neighbours having a domestic. I got perhaps 3 hrs sleep, due to the cold and noisy elevator.

Apartment is located on mezzanine over the busy restaurant. Huge concert was held on the square during our one night stay. It was like an earthquake, windows and blinds vibrated until 2am. We couldn’t sleep and left apartment devastated and sick. Unfortunately, it is not possible to share my video…
