The best

The room was comfortable and I felt safe. The night staff member in particular was helpful and provided a lot of information that I asked for. The pillows were very comfy too. Wonderful shower head and shower water pressure.

To be improved

I needed to drop my bags early after a flight. The property said I could do this after I requested, but when I got to the entrance it was not clear how to contact them to get inside to the lobby. I feel this information should be made more clear. Not all travelers can make international calls and given that the main door is on a street corner more information about how to drop off bags early would have been helpful.

Very nice staff. Location was superb - close to everything and particularly to El Born where it is great to spend your evenings. The balcony was fantastic.

To be improved

It would have been great with a proper door to the bathroom (this was rather see through and you could not close it fully). Although that was a small thing. We really enjoyed this hotel.
