Nobody mentions on the reviews that there isn’t a pool ?! The pool belongs to the pizza restaurant so you have to wait until 12 to use it , then you have to pay to have a sun bed.

My friend and I stayed here last year and liked it. It met our expectations and being centrally located on the island helped. We especially liked the coffee and pastry shop by the first aid station. It was the best place to eat breakfast on the island.

To be improved

It's not so much what we didn't like, we had a little problem with the language barrier and understanding what was being conveyed. In America, 1st floor means ground level not 2nd floor. We keep trying to find our first floor apartment and couldn't find it. We took a chance and used the keys given us on the 2nd floor and the door opened. When giving written instructions by email or WhatsApp. a few pictures with the instructions would help immensely do to language barriers. A picture of the outside of the reception building and address, a picture of the lock box and location to get the keys, and a picture of where the drop box is for the keys when leaving. It's important to be specific do to the fact that there are multiple agencies renting at Son Bou. We went to last years agency and was redirected to another agency with vague instructions..
