“This villa has great potential - it is beautiful with a great pool, but has some problems.”
The best

The location of this villa is wonderful - a short walk to many great restaurants and two lovely beaches. In a quiet residential neighbourhood with beautiful views over the water and marina. The pool was wonderful, as was the outside space - we had a fabulous time enjoying the beautiful porch with a cooling breeze and beautiful views. The villa is comfortable for 10 people with 4 bathrooms and generous sized bedrooms.

To be improved

We had some major plumbing issues while staying. The plumbers had to come three times because there was a major blockage in the kitchen sink, which lead to dirty water all over the floors. The dirty water also backed up into the sink in one of the bedrooms, creating a terrible smell. We didn't get any help with cleaning or an apology for the continual mess. The washing machine also did not work properly. The beds were awful - flimsy mattresses - as were the pillows and bed linens - more like indoor camping than luxury. Kitchen could use sorting - for example, needs more drinking glasses, more serving dishes and a better dishwasher. Also the parasols by the pool broke from the winds while we were there, and had been broken before - a lot of things in this villa are just not high quality. Wifi is achingly slow.

“Terrible!”
The best

We booked (and paid 7.500 euro's) for 11 nights but we left after one night because this house was so dirty and uncomfortable! There was poop on the toiletpaper rolls, toilets were dirty, the whole house was dirty! The photo's are taken from angles to make it look great but in reality everything is really poor! They refuse to give us our money back. We booked another house for the remaining 10 nights because we are in the financial position to do this, but for "normal people" this house would have destroyed their holidays. DON'T BOOK THIS HOUSE!!!!

To be improved

Something more for people with children: the pool is really dangerous, you can easily fall a few meters down because the "security" is only a rope. Again: after the first night we decided to book another house because we didn't want this house (for what we paid 7.500 euro's and don't get our money back) to ruin our holidays. I think that says enough. DON'T BOOK THIS HOUSE!!!!
