Absolutely perfect stay. The place was spotless, beautifully set up, and in a quiet spot that was still close to everything. The hosts were super friendly and helpful. We especially loved the pool and peaceful views. We’ll definitely be coming back.

“Awful service, worst service ever”

Nice place for a couple to enjoy some quiet days... if service and property changes absolutely.

To be improved

1. They made a mistake when they gave us the room code. We wrote and called them back. They did not respond in 4 days!!!! We managed to get into the room 2 hours later trying different numbers and getting lucky. No comment. 2. For 24 hours the whole building (about 10 rooms) we were without water. No one told us, no one gave us alternatives (another building 5 mins walk away did have water), no one told us when it would be fixed, no one apologized until 3 days later when we spoke seriously with one of the managers. You can imagine the smell of the building after 24 hours without water in the toilets of the rooms and common areas. Disgusting. 3. They only answer WhatsApp from 9am to 4pm... the rest of the day there is no one available. They have hired an external and demoralized service to call on the phone... but they do not solve anything and after a while the call is "casually interrupted and you have to start again. 4. After our complaint in person about the 24 hours without water they told us they would give us 1 night free. The last day they insisted on charging us for the entire stay and would refund us 1 day via booking. 1 month later this has not happened. I try to talk to the sales manager (Salvatore) and I can't get through to him. They have lied to us with impunity.

Breakfast in another area,. No supports getting in/out of pool. Nothing available for food after late arrival. No UK TV. Lighting poor for reading. Single chair in double room (rectified). Nlo direct contact with reception if not 'on line'
