The best

The property we rented was in a peaceful and pleasant small complex of villas with a moderately sized clean swimming pool. Pool was big enough and warm enough (late September). Accommodation is clean and spacious with good facilities: fridge, washing machine, air con, TV (we used Netflix), dish washer, hob, oven, overhead tropical fan. Spacious covered terrace with barbecue if wanted. Large indoor and outdoor tables , good for al fresco breakfasts Easy level walk to good beach. (About 6 minutes) and the lively Marina. One supermarket next door, another is mere 100 yards away. Bus stop in front of complex was big bonus for cheap access to the charming city of Ciutadella. Owner was easy to contact and was present for arrival and departure. Very pleasant to deal with. Pleasant views of the complex from windows with good functioning security shutters.

To be improved

The furnishings were clean and perfectly adequate if somewhat basic.
