“Very pleasant stay”
Spacious clean room, very helpful staff. Able to open French doors to bring in fresh air. Great location close to Gaudi houses and lots of nearby places to eat. There was a Hop On/Hop Off bus stop a few steps away.
Unable to watch any TV in English apart from news

There won’t come a day where this is a five star hotel. Having just come from another five star hotel, it lacked everything from nice lobby, service, luggage handling, ammenties and so on. It is at very best a decent 4 star hotel. But in this price bracket it recommend staying elsewhere such as Casa Bonay or the Hoxton. The street the hotel is located on is extremely touristy which wasn’t to our liking either. But many shops just outside the door.
“Never come back”
Stuff in the morning say something, at night roles changes 🤣🤣 Refund is subjected to the stuff mode And booking is the worst OTA. Expedia here we come. Advise anyone to save time and forget booking

the level of service provided during our stay fell significantly short of what is expected from a five-star establishment. A hotel bearing a five-star rating is generally expected to deliver a consistently high standard of service, including — but not limited to — attentive and professional front desk and reservations support, valet or porter service, evening housekeeping or turndown service, and a guest experience marked by attention to detail and proactive hospitality. Regrettably, none of these elements were present during our stay. The lack of responsiveness to guest needs, combined with the absence of hallmark five-star services, makes it difficult to justify the current rating.
