“Value for money modern functional place.”
The best

This was value for money in comparison to other properties in Maspalomas. It was comfortable, modern and functional. Everything we needed was provided in the Flagg I closing in the kitchen. The terrace was spacious and sunny. We didn’t spent much time using the residence facilities but we did check the pool the first day when we arrived much earlier than the checkin time and it was pretty nice. There was also a kids pools The location is perfect to cruise around Maspalomas, the mountain, Puerto Rico and even Las Palmas. Sergio was super nice and agreed for early checkin as our flight had arrived super early. I highly recommended the place.

To be improved

The light in the common areas and bedroom was white fluorescent so a bit too bright. In the bedroom we could use the nightlights that had nice warm light. Otherwise the place was perfect.
