The space was perfect for us 5. So many wonderful views. Some areas are clearly very worn and the villa could really do with a refurbishment but it has so much potential!

To be improved

No pool heating for winter is disappointing. We could not use it. Also there was a very bad smell from the laundry area which was very off putting. We could not get the TV to work at all. So we never had any use of that for the week. Would have been nice to have had a bigger welcome pack for arrivals like milk bread sugar. Especially if you have families staying. Area needs a bit of a clean up with some questionable local resorts!

“Lovely house, good view of the dunes and the sea”

The area Sonnenland is nice and calm. The house is in good order, although it is beginning to show its age.

To be improved

I would have liked to see more restaurants within walking distance, but that's the way it is. It would have been great if the ktichen contained some basics such as spices, oil, vinegar.

Lovely pool and lots of space around the villa, secure location , we hired a car and drove to beach etc.

To be improved

It didn’t bother us but need to note the villa is dated and quite a few things needed touching up - missing cupboard handles, leaky air con in kitchen, pen on the walls and a few other snags. But like I say it didn’t ruin our holiday at all just need to note!
