“Pleasant stay”
The best

Clean and comfortable, efficient check-in system. Plenty of hot water and good air-conditioning. Location was quiet and just a few minutes walk from the main town centre.

To be improved

I found the automated system a little disconcerting. I prefer the human touch. Saying that, once I messaged about extra towels and coffee pods and they were placed in my room swiftly.
