I went here with my disabled dad for medical reasons a d we just wanted a good night of sleep however nothing went as planned. Please don’t go here we have been asked for €100 euros as an additional charge just to be let in the apartment and asked us not to mention anything about it on booking.com which we agreed to pay it as we had nowhere else to go, there’s no ac in the rooms, the owner asked us to give him our physical passports for him to hold them until we check out, we received constant calls from him at 10-11pm at night for him to come and take our passports which we refused, we then received calls at 8-9am in the morning to be asked to leave early when the check out was at 11am, we received aggressively knocks on the door when I was on call with customer service telling us to leave, after we left and customer service from booking.com contacted the owner we received calls from 2 different numbers from him with threats because we contacted booking.com. This case is under investigation with booking.com and the police too.
