The best

Looks like the pictures. Great location. Friendly and responsive customer service.

To be improved

The bathroom was clean but smelled, probably because drain is a bit clogged. Will be an easy fix with the next cleaning though. To be fair to REMS, we could have let them known, but considering we were only staying one night and were out of the house most of the time we didn't bother.

“Lovely stay in the centre of Malaga”
The best

Beautiful apartment. Right in the middle of CENTRO Malaga so all the points of interest bars & restaurants are within walking distance. I accidentally left my phone at home so had to contact Rems through my husbands phone. They very kindly offered to bring us a physical key but we managed. Quick efficient replies.

To be improved

The property is access via 3 flights of stairs as there is no lift. We’re pretty fit but the stairs are a killer. Apart from that everything was great.
