“Was good but there is space for improvements.”

The location is quite convenient because you have several options in terms of supermarkets, restaurants, caffès and bars, close from the suites. Their system of “checking in” consists in the following steps: - they are going to send you a link for registration of each person that is going to be a “guest” - after you complete this step, with 24 hours or so before your arrival you are going to receive the codes for acces in the building and the code for your room. The bed was comfortable and had a generous size, but the blanket which was covering the bed had a hole from burned cigarettes… you could at least change it or don t put it at all. The wifi connection was great all along, the kitchenette that you have there and the tools provided are good enough to prepare something quick to eat. A big thumbs up for the fact that the location installed lockers where you can leave your belongings after you check out from your stateroom, they have lockers with different sizes ( S M L) and the instructions to rent one are quite simple BUT as a suggestion for the location, you should put the instructions also in english not only in Spanish.

To be improved

BE AWARE that even if you see in the pictures listed here that the suites have windows, you are going to keep them closed all the time and the shades as well because that inner courtyard is open to like 6 rooms and you are not going to have too much privacy with the windows open, even if you want to have just a little sunlight. In the apartament nr.6, in the bathroom, there is no rack for drying the towels, there are just some hooks put on the glass from the shower, which leads us to another unpleasant situation, the bathrooms don’t have any windows or any fan to help with airing the room, so you are going to end up to put the towels to dry on the chairs that are in the interior terrace, and we saw that also people from other apartment’s did the same. No slippers were provided by the facility.

Spacious rooms, bathroom and huge bed. Nicely decorated. Rooms well equipped with everything needed. Nice apartment! Door code is used to unlock the doors - no key card needed.

To be improved

There were no staff to help with queries. You have to WhatsApp a number and wait for a response. Rooms aren’t cleaned during your stay. We had to find a cleaner to ask for new towels.

“The location is very good - 10 minutes to the train station, 20 minutes to the center, there is a bike rental station nearby and a quiet area · Cons: Very strange location of the room. It completely faces the street, it is a corner. The room has 2 windows along the entire wall and they are constantly closed, as they face the streets, people literally walk past them. Very noisy, too much everything that passers-by say. And the worst thing is that the room smelled disgustingly strong of sewage. They could not move me on the second night, and on the last night I did not have the strength to move. It is imperative to clarify where the room is, as they have good rooms inside the building - but this one was terrible. Noisy, does not look safe - as you immediately find yourself on the sidewalk when you leave the room. Stinks. Uncomfortable bed linen that comes off the mattress.”
