Arrogant, rude staff, under measuring-same (non measure for small/medium/large glass of wine, non double shots just single but cashing in on everything, trying to charge twice for city tax, threatening ,uncomfortable behaviour towards guests , falsifying documents that are signed(signing over erased documents)closed pool before closed, closed pool bar before closed pool,self catering does not mean you can self cater at pool with your own can, you have to buy steep 11 euroes underpoured drinks, but its ok if pool is full, actually everyone can bring their own drinks,no signs for any rules anywhere just being shouted at and threatened and belittled by staff…. Not allowed your own towel to sun bed? Had to rent???? ,room had air con , but glass screwed in across it to not be able to change temperature , just turn on(but did nothing, or off) Cleaning lady did not come to clean once….

“The hotel have positive and negative aspects. The hotel is exactly how it looks in the photos on the website; the pool looks really good, and it has many sunbeds and umbrellas. The apartments are a little small for four people, but they are well-kept. In contrast, the apartments aren’t very clean and the towels are only changed every 2 days. The fridge was small and the shower lacked water so the bathroom was flooded. The tableware isn’t what you can expect from the list the reception gave us. I hope they will improve the pan or the cups because there are some missing or broken ones that you cannot use and i also hope that they will introduce a rag to dry the dishes The staff is kind but sometimes intrusive; one of the housekeepers came to clean the room while I was in the shower. I told her to come back after I finished, but she didn’t listen and continued cleaning the room even though I was in the bathroom, waiting with a towel. The receptionists are mostly kind, even though we had a little trouble with the payment because of the slow connection. On the last day, we asked them to call a taxi for us around 14:30-15:00 for the airport. The receptionist told us it was okay and not a problem, but later we discovered that wasn’t true; they didn’t book it for us as they promised. Anyway, apart from these remediable inattentions, we had a good time so we don't feel like we have to advise against the structure .”

“Depends on what you're looking for”

The best

The location was very nice, the apartments are nicely equipped, we enjoyed the pool view. It's a good place if you want to have fun and be close to the beach and party areas. If you want to relax, this is not the best place. It all depends on hat you're looking for!! Overall, we enjoyed our stay :)

The other clients. The clients are mostly young group of friends and some were very poor mannered and loud at whatever time of the day and night. The walls are not super sound proof so you could really hear everything, which was a shame.
