Sotogrande exclusive 4 bed villa with pool

The pictures represented a ground floor apartment but it was 1st floor. The beds were singles with pull out beds underneath.y “children” are all adults and this wasn’t ideal. More pillows required . Nobodies fault but the pool was out of order

This apt is listed as a 4 bed with pool. There was no working pool, just a construction site where it should be. There is even a photograph to show what it allegedly looks like on the site but it definitely doesn’t look even close to that image We only booked this property because the pool was meant to be by the apt and I could work while the children used the facilities but instead I had to take annual leave and go to beach clubs as there are no public pools in Sotogrande with amenities that we needed Sunset Rental refuse to acknowledge that these costs are a direct result of misleading information and will not reimburse incurred costs that should never have been necessary. If we had known before we would not have booked or even attempted to stay here under any circumstances as we know that this area without a pool is very expensive. What we ended up with is an apt with a broken door lock, microwave, iron, external door nets, toilet (which was used when we arrived but wouldn’t flush) and a huge bill for clubs and food for the week If we had wanted an apt without swim facilities we could easily have rented one in a similar place for a third of the price we paid for this but the opportunity to stay somewhere else wasn’t presented which I find shocking as someone must have known that this property isn’t fit for purpose at the moment
