“Nice place to stay only missing a terrace”

The best

Very nice location. Walking distance to the marine Sotogrande restaurants (10-15min) The hypercor is nearby (5min by car) and you can get quality food: prepared or cook by yourself. The flat has all you need including washing machine and dishwasher. The linen are soft and perfectly white. Super clean.

To be improved

The flat does not have balcony/terrace. It’s petty it looks opposite to the marine channels and there is partial view from the bedroom. It’d be great to put night/reading lamps to be cosier during the night.

“Lovely, great location, quiet, clean and airy, good cafes and bars nearby.”

The best

Location lovely, can walk to bars and cafes and the marina, but you need a car for groceries as no local shop or supermarket in walking distance. It felt a very safe area, and was so clean, with long flat pavements to all the nearby amenities and a great little market on Sunday mornings. Bed really comfy, apartment clean and light, and the communal areas clean, bright and airy. It was nice to be able to contact the owner with any queries, which were dealt with very promptly.

To be improved

It may be a cultural thing, but there were no tea towels, oven gloves, garlic press and kitchen tongs and I missed having these. Also the lighting was very harsh, especially in the bedroom, so side lamps would have been nice. We couldn’t get the TV to work at all, and I struggled to understand the cooker at first - Some instructions would have been helpful. A couple of grocery basics in the property would have been a nice touch - small milk (long life would have been fine), small bread, sugar, small butter, pack of biscuits, whilst you got settled in.
