The best

Really enjoyed our stay at the Soul Beach. The breakfasts were excellent with a wide array of choices. When we had dinner there we ate in the 1st floor cocktail bar which had a fantastic view of the sun sets .We were able to choose from the restaurant menu which was also excellent. The staff were all very friendly and super helpful. Would definitely stay again.

To be improved

It’s. Shame the pool wasn’t a bit bigger and a few more sun beds would be good but space was restricted

“Nice but not well-located hotel.”

The best

The pool area is nice, the beds are comfortable, the rooms are spacios with ac, the staff is friendly and helpful. The roof terrace is nice.

To be improved

The beach in front of the hotel is covered by big stones, not really useful, the sandy beach is 1,5 km away to both directions. You can not rent sun beds and parasol on the beaches, you need to buy parasols, there are a few beach stores where you can rent beach seats. Denia city, groceries and good restaurants (like La Piemontesa) are far so a car is recommended. We had one cockroach and a lot of ants in our duplex apartment, the cleaning was not perfect. There was a kitchen but no plates and cutlery. The shower holder is so high that a normal height person can barely reach, there is no shelf in the shower. The breakfast is a bit limited you can choose from 5-6 menus. No fruit or yoghurt. The food in the restaurant was not so good.

“Happy staff..Fantastic food..wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend”

The best

Fantastic happy staff. Breakfasts very tasty and great choice a lot of thought had gone into menu Evening meal was also a great menu and fantastic food and ambience We stayed during the blackout in Spain in April and the hotel dealt with it very well..drinks evening meal and staff with a 'business as usual' approach in fact cheerful and like old friends pretty impressive!

To be improved

Booking.com described rooms to inc balcony when in fact the rooms do not have balconies. We did enquire as we were a little disappointed that there wasnt anywhere to sit directly from our room HOWEVER this led to us using the hotel roof bar and seeing the beautiful sunset in our opinion a positive gain from a negative must state that this was to the hotel's credit and NOT Booking.com! Booking.com also sold hotel as a beach hotel which in actual fact was ROCKS. Lovely coastal views but no beach as such..we did find a beach 10-15 mins away( Playa Marinaris)
