We had a really nice stay, Novums service was amazing, always quick to respond. The villa is very big and even better than on the pictures. Good location and nice views as well! Will definitely come back!

Horrible experience. My family and I and a couple of friends with small children decided to rent a vila in Marbella for the New Year. The pictures were fantastic, everything looked wonderful, when we arrived there, not so much. The house was not at all prepared to acomodate guests. When we got there there, it was 16 degrees celsius in the rooms. We called the person in charge and she told us that the heating was broken an she is going to send someone to fix it. They did not fix anything and we got 2 radiators. Some of us slept in cold rooms with small babies. The girl form the agency told my friend that she was on vacation and is not able to talk as much. The house was very very dirty. I found fruits with mold in the refrigerator, empty packages in the drawers of the kitchen cabinets, candy wraps in the dressings. The rugs were filthy we had to vacuum ourselves, thought they charged us 400 euros for cleaning. Apart from the fee we payed for renting the house, they also charged us 1000 eur extra deposit, just a few days before our arrival. I didn't get this money back.
