The best

Rented this villa for my 21st trip with 10 mates, and it was perfect. The use of the word "spacious" in the title is actually accurate - the photos don't do the gaff justice. It was great!

The best

Host was friendly, responded timely, and addressed any concerns. The apartment was in great condition, very accessible, and in a great location. Everything was clean and it was an incredibly beautiful place. I would highly recommend to large groups!

The best

The location was great, it was right near La Rambla. The key situation was an interesting concept, the only downstairs with tech is to make sure we had a good battery % at all times.

To be improved

The exterior was a little off-putting, however the inside made up for it. The bathrooms needed airing, as the smell was a little unpleasant, although I think overall it's great for a group trip.

The apartment was very large.

To be improved

The ceiling was leaking in more than one location. There was mold on the walls. NO ELEVATOR. We had to carry luggage up 4 flights of stairs. The foyer area and stairwell was very dirty. There was a sign on the front glass asking that tenants not let their dogs pee inside -- but they still did.
