Location in Malaga was excellent. The flat was a good size for our group of 4. Liked the complimentary toiletries & coffee.

To be improved

Beds were a bit too small. We are used to king size beds. The flat didn’t smell very nice - it smelt of drains.

The location was perfect 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for 3 of us was really great Very clean Excellent customer service from Minty We were very grateful to have later check out on day of departure

To be improved

No views The key pick up location was a slightly dodgy area for females walking about at 9.30 at night One wardrobe door awaiting repair so drawers were unusable in one bedroom Decor just in need of a bit of a refresh

There was no heating system and we were freezing for 3 nights. My baby got sick due to the freezing cold in the apartment and we had a horrible stay. The fourth day they brought a small radiator that was a joke not even able to warm up the room of the baby. There was no hot water and the maintenance person couldn't fix any of the problems for the whole stay. We found documents where it was stated that there was a major problem in the installations that required major works to be fixed and still they rented the apartment to us for one week. The apartment is falling apart. Lock of the doors are broken and the painting on the living room are fixed to the wall in a way that will easily fall in the top of your head. I had to book another hotel and move my family there. I do not recommend it by any means. It is a trap.

Good location in the city centre. 15 minutes walk to the beach. Apartment was big, bright and clean.

To be improved

Beds were not very comfortable, we all had back pain. And there were only one towel per person. For beach apartment that is way too little. And also there was a realy tiny rack to hang the towels.
