“Disrespectful and unresponsive management company. Renter BEWARE!”
The best

We reached out several times to the hosts, and only got a response a few hours before arrival. As I was flying from the US to Europe, I did not have the arrival information until after I landed in Europe, which is late. It felt like the management was too busy to bother with me in advance of the stay

To be improved

The management company HOMEWATCH SL should not have rented this place in the condition we found it and were neglectful in their lack of response. The air conditioner did not work, and the temperature was over 35 celsius. I was told I didn't know how to use the AC (according to the HOMEWATCH it was working fine. The technician came out and confirmed something was wrong and left a portable AC unit for the bedroom only. It wasn't until Monday that another technician came out and confirmed the central AC had to be replaced. The unit was not replaced for a full 8 days after I lodged the complaint. We have gotten no response from this management team, which was disrespectful and unresponsive. Do not rent from HOMEWATCH, as they do not care about their customers.
