Only one key to get into pool area No instructions for use of equipment ie safe washing machine Found hard to find even with cab drivers help need to give room number and block number

No air con. Beds were a bit hard & made more uncomfortable because the beds made you sweat in the heat even trying ventilation & oscillating fan. Not enough proper wall sockets in logical positions especially given this day & age with all the modern devices. Some of the sliding doors wouldn’t lock because the clips had snapped. Did have a little concern for your possessions The front door was the mirror opposite unbelievable mechanism on it!! No instructions for the safe. Fridge got warm on its outside which concerned us a little but it worked fine.

It was pointed out to us that the property should have a VV sign ( basically a holiday letting license) A legal requirement in Tenerife needed to let out a property. They have a VV sign on the outside of the apartment This clearly doesn't have one and we were told the authorities were been made aware. I wouldn't have booked it had I known this,as I wouldn't want to be stranded in Tenerife. The beds were very uncomfortable, needs new mattress. The bedding didn't fit the beds and wasn't good. It needs air conditioning. It also needs sun loungers on the balcony. It's a shame about the VV license as it's a good size and a nice pool.
