Position was ok. WiFi worked.

To be improved

If it was newly modernised then I would get the builders back. Downstairs bathroom was a disgrace. Kitchen was not good. Plates, cutlery a mishmash. No toaster. TV no signal. Pillows on beds were flat 25 stairs from first bedroom downstairs to bathroom. Water in downstairs bathroom sink only ran cold and no plug. Pots and pans should be in the rubbish bin and not the cupboard. Could not open door to terrace on lounge level, but table and wooden chairs were out of the ark . It would have benefited from a wall in shower instead of climbing into baths. Getting in and out of downstairs bath was dangerous.

The best

We stayed this apartment for three weeks. We are a family of seven including three children under ten years old and we fitted in easily. Natasha responded very quickly to any questions we had and was quick to supply us with a spare key. A deposit was required for this but that is standard practice in Tenerife because of the high cost of replacement in case of loss. Kids (and adults) loved the pool and used it every day of our stay. All in all a very successful holiday experience and we would not hesitate to stay there again.

Location was great .. lovely spacious apt .. plenty of room ..

To be improved

Very sparsely equipped .. not enough cutlery .. no toaster .. no cooking utensils .. I went out and bought a knife to cut things there wasn’t one had no bedding first 2 nights as had been locked away but nice girl came and sorted us out ..
