“The house is not a sea view like I wanted”

There was no balcony to sit out, The apartment next to the bedroom came alive at 0200, in morning a few times, tv on very loud, and heard conversations, little or no sound proofing, between bedroom and ajacent apartment

I like everything there except that you guys took another money from my account that I don't understand because I paid fully the day l was booking including insurance. So why then take another money from my account ?????

I don't like how you enter my account again and took 39€ what was that for ? Please return my money into account before I went to report at Police station.

it had an excellent location. it was spotless. It had everything I might have needed. Well set out with modern furniture. I felt safe and comfortable.
