“Modern apartment with a great location”
The best

The apartment has a great location - in a quieter area, but at the same time close to the center and attractions. The equipment was modern, clean and practical, we didn't miss anything. We appreciate the smooth check-in and check-out. We especially appreciate the friendliness of the host, who allowed us to arrive and leave earlier. The whole stay was very pleasant and we definitely recommend it.

The best

Excellent location: easy access to morning running route in Turia gardens, to Oceanografico and to public transport, to grocery stores. Apartament is big, for our family of four we had lot of space. It had all we needed including small coffee machine. Impeccable wifi with smart tv (our kids could watch cartoons in the evening). We felt safe and it was quiet, we slept like babies. Contact with host was very good, we accessed the apartmentl and left w/o any issues. We had awesome time in Valencia and we would consider the same place on our next visit.

The apartment itself is nice and clean, close to Ruzafa and other points of interest.

To be improved

Once we arrived we discovered the place was very different from what was advertised on Booking. For example, the Booking profile said there was a lift, a balcony, a 24/7 front-desk, and views to a garden. When in reality there was none of that. The place is a ground floor with an entrance directly to the street. Therefore there is no lift, no balcony, no 24/7 front-desk and the garden views are those to the bushes on the road. On top of that the hot water pressure in the shower was weak and the place was quite cold.
