The best

The location is OK The apartment is spacious And that's about anything that can be said positive about this property and its management...

To be improved

Infested by cockroaches. Horrible smell from the bathroom. Not enough electric power to use the washing machine without stopping several times during the wash. AC not working in 3 out of 4 rooms/areas (A local electrician confirmed he had told the owner about the problems with the AC installation months before, but the owner refused to pay to have them addressed). Continous promises of the management to resolve the issues: "We will look into it" to keep me quiet and end up not solving them. They also promised compensation but kept the amount quiet until the very last day when they decided the compensation was... 3% of the total price paid. Basically, a scam from beginning to end.
