Spacious Two Bedroom Apartment with Terrace right on the Surf Beach

The key handover was stressful, mismanaged and late and we had a small baby with us. I had asked numerous times how to pick up keys and was told someone would meet us. We did get a message that we should have phoned the lady with the keys 30 minutes before arrival but this was only sent on the day of travel and I didn't pick it up until we got Wifi in the apartment. Surely this could have been sent to me before we flew. The owner also asked for photographic ID of all of the guests on the day of our flight, surely this could have been asked for before we flew. The address stated "Calle Almansa 11 12, 5th floor". We now know that 11 refers to the building number and 12 to the apartment number. The apartment was on the 6th floor and not the 5th floor which was confusing. The apartment was not very clean {I have photos of this}. The kitchen was inadequately supplied. The listing plainly said that there was a microwave which we needed as we had a baby with us - no microwave. It also said this was a 3 bedroom apartment, this is not the case. There are 2 bedrooms and a large sofa in the sitting room. The smaller of the 2 bedrooms had a bed and a bedside table, no lamp and no wardrobe. They had to share the wardrobe in the larger bedroom. Not enough wine glasses for 6 people. Bottle shelf in fridge door missing. Insufficient hot water for us all to shower. No plug in the basin in one bathroom or in the kitchen sink. Showers were basic. No toilet roll in one bathroom. No key safe - it is stated that there is a key safe. There were no instructions left in the apartment to show how to use the oven, the dishwasher and the washing machine or how to check out. No list of medical services, should we need them. We had to contact the key holder to find out where to put rubbish. The communication was sporadic and was with someone called Eloy, not Fernando as it says in this revue.
