The house is really nice. Clean and modern. Beautiful kitchen and bathroom. Decorated beautifully

To be improved

We asked for an early check in, 11.00 am. The day before we were contacted to say check in would be after 20.00. We were on 05.40 flight. We found this completely unacceptable. When we asked for a refund for the night missed we were made to wait until the day before we left. We contacted the property owner who did not bother to respond. The following morning when we arrived the host was 25 minutes lare. We found the host, Eva very rude and unpleasant. Beds and sofa were very hard, which we found uncomfortable.

“LOVELY PROPERTY, COMFORTABLE AND WOULD HIRE AGAIN”

The best

The people who met us agreed to late arrival which was perfect for us although probably not for them, but they were welcoming. The property is well maintained and clean. we liked the layout and the rooftop terrace, also beach chairs were available there for us to use and beach towels although we used our own. We had access to Netflix which was nice to have on in the background while getting ready for dinner. I would rent this apartment again.

To be improved

I didnt like being asked to leave 7 hours earlier than we had agreed when we booked the property. Having an 00.40am flight out of Alicante it was very important to us to have the apartment until 8pm. This would allow us to enjoy the last day, pack, shower, tidy the property, take our rubbish out and then leave for dinner before returning our hire car and getting our transfer to the airport. But was asked to leave as new guest arriving. In the end we left at 6.30pm, 1.5 hours earlier than agreed.

“Exceptional”

The best

Nice house. Good outside space. Lots of seating/sunbeds. Pool just around the corner. Plenty of beach towels. We travelled in March bit cool on a night, the aircon warmed it up quickly.

To be improved

It’s a big urbanisation and most of the streets have locked gates so it’s not easy to find. A ‘drop pin’ may be a more accurate way to find it. An extra set of keys would be helpful as the ‘street gates’ need to be locked at all times.

The best

The double bed in the main bedroom was lovely and comfy. The kitchen and bathrooms were lovely and the decor was lovely. The house had everything you could possibly need.

To be improved

The single beds in the other 2 bedrooms were very uncomfortable and so was the sofa. Shame because it let down this lovely house
