“Basically the apartment was pleasent to stay in fot 7 days, however a bit overpriced.”
The best

The apartment was modern and well-equipped and had a build-in airconditioning in every room. Besides, the landlady answered quite fast all of my questions (altough in Spanish only which was a bit inconvenient for me).

To be improved

The biggest problem accured with the bathroom door as it could not be closed at all. We booked this apartment with a discount, however if we were pay the full price then it would not have been worth the money - I think the apartment is a bit overpriced.

The shower is not staying hot for a long time, maybe 5 minutes, then stays cold-ish. The style of the apartment is cheap but alright. The bed is not big enough for two people.

Location is good, small walk to the city centre and nice areas from Seville. AC worked really well which was also very convenient.

To be improved

Bed is really small for 2 people. It’s more a 1.5 bed instead of 2. The book-tables next to the bed are not stable at all so doesn’t work. Bathroom really needs an update, the door is in bad condition due to the water which is going everywhere when you shower. No towel for the feet after your shower. Mold on the ceiling above the shower. For this price you would expect a bit more. Apartment was clean on the eye, but that’s about it. Kitchen accessories where not clean as well as some other areas in the apartment.

Quite close to the center and train station.

The instrustions to access the property were sent in spanish. The shower tray and screen need attention as the floor gets flooded.. And it was overpriced.
