Room was tidy with cool views. Large bathroom. Comfortable bed and pillows.

Air conditioning made extreme noises every 10 mins - frustrating to try sleep. Doors constantly getting slammed downstairs, all throughout the night. The shared pool space was used the entire time for private parties 2 of 3 nights and as guests we didn’t feel comfortable there. Very far away from the city and to travel anywhere was by foot on gravel paths.

For starters my booking was set as “cancelled” by the property probably to avoid my very negative review. Indeed I did not cancel the booking but was forced to find other accomodation for 2/3 nights I booked at the property in Barcelona. The room was filled with bugs and mold when we got there and to make all the more worst, the staff was entirely unresponsive even when solicited many times. Don’t let them fool you when they say you can pay an extra 25€ fee to be welcomed after 10pm. My boyfriend and I were left stranded at 1am even though we had asked them to wait for us after 10pm. They are now refusing to refund us for even the last 2 nights we did not spend at the accommodation which maybe they even rebooked making double the profit. Who knows…
