“Perfect !”

The best

This hotel is incredible ! If you do sport of any kind this hotel is for you. They have all the food options you need for your nutrition goals all the protein you need. They have the best hotel gym we have ever seen and not to mention the countless possibilities you can do in the area (courses, yoga etc.)

“Descent hotel just not the best area of the island imo”

The best

Descent location of you have a car. After traveling the island, Porto Rico is a much better area. Lots of stuff to do although you had to sign up ahead of time for almost all activities, as well as breakfast and dinner. The pool area is great. Not many sand beaches around.

To be improved

It’s very tired. Walks are dirty, tile flooring is cracked, grout is missing etc. it’s clean, it’s just looks unappealing.

“Pleasant stay”

The best

The staff is so kind, so helpful, every one of them, from the restaurant, to reception, maintenance, cleaning, absolutely everyone is nice and welcoming. Just for the staff at this hotel and surrounding areas, it's worth spending some days here. The gym is very well equipped, the bicycles for the spinning class are very good. I haven't done yoga, or had the chance to book other classes I would've liked, like core, but I could see they were quite good and enjoyable from my balcony. The kitchen is very well equipped too, the beds are comfortable and the hotel, in general, is pristine clean. If anyone mentions anything about cleaning in other comments, they should bear in mind that this is a very, very windy area that drags a lot of volcanic sand, which is very sticky! The pool is good and big. The Spar is very well provided, although there is an even bigger one very close to the hotel.

I got a bigger room on my arrival, which was really nice, although this 2 bedroom flat (a bit too big for one person, but I do feel very grateful) was overlooking the race cars and little airport, which meant constant noise either from planes/helicopters or the race cars and motorcycles. I had to spend some time working in the room and this was not very nice. The kids with their parents are allowed to play with balls in the pool, and I do understand that nowadays telling some parents to stop doing something can have a very negative response, but I wish this wasn't allowed. It was quite uncomfortable when trying to swim, especially in the evenings. The gym machines are never wiped by clients, this is not the hotel's fault, but I wish there was someone reinforcing clients to wipe after use, some of them were crusty with sweat. The spin class was just a phone app which we followed during the duration of the class. At times I forgot there was an instructor there. A bit boring. I wish there was a ban system for whoever didn't show for classes, or a waiting list, I found it impossible to book some of them.

The variety of food was ok more or less. Many protein based meals.

To be improved

Non-smoking policy; Located in a windy area, the beach is very small and rocky. Cleaning could be improved. Bathroom has a small boiler and you have to wait to warm up again if 2 people want to take a bath.
