Spot Apartment

First and foremost, if and when I return to Palma, I will absolutely look into staying at this apartment again! The space and location is absolutely perfect - ample AC, fast WiFi, a washer / dryer, kitchen with an oven, stove top, and dish / cookware needed for most cooking, and much more. The location couldn’t be better; numerous bars and restaurants at your doorstep but strangely very quiet in the apartment, even on Friday and Saturday nights. Street parking was never an issue like I thought it might be given how central the location is. Quick to get on and off main streets to navigate the city and island fairly easily. A 24/7 grocery / convenient store is a 1/2 block away from the front door where you can get the basics. Couple favorite spots during our stay were Palma Bread and Plant Shack, both a 5m walk at most, and Quentin’s Saloon (1 block away). Overall, great apartment, great amenities, and a great location - would highly recommend.

Spacious fully furnished 2 rooms apartment very well located. The street is noisy in the evenings (plenty of restaurants, clubs, etc) but is sufficient to close the windows to keep noise out. Entrance requires climbing 10 steep steps, so be aware of that.

Lovely apartment, has everything you need. It’s on a very lively street with lots of bars and right next to a beautiful park. Great amenities.
