Live wires exposed in hallway. Property on first floor, only access is via lift as gate via stairs locked. Asked for a key we were ignored. Unsafe in event of a fire. Heating broken on arrival, we had to wait two days for an engineer and meet him ourselves at midday so we couldn't go far and it needed replaced which wasn't done. Property absolutely filthy and poorly equipped. One bed had no duvet just the cover. We had no choice but to leave after 2 nights and were refused a refund for the remaining 5 nights. Very slow responses from the host and no regard at all for our concerns.

“The perfect apartment in Orihuela”
The best

Everything was great I enjoyed my stay in family, the apartment has everything one can need for a long summer vacation. It's location is simply perfect, with plenty of restaurants and other services nearby. Very clean and convenient, also the host was very nice and helped us with anything we needed.
