Perfect size!

This was a self-catering flat that allowed us to come and go as we pleased, make our own drinks (we could have cooked meals had we wanted), and sit in comfort. We particularly appreciated the helpfulness of the owner. She let us stay until 5pm on the day of our departure as her new client was not arriving until later - this really suited our plans and made our last day more relaxed. The accommodation is clean and well furnished, with separate sleeping, sitting, cooking and bathroom areas/ rooms, and a conservatory/ 'garden' area. The apartment is well-located in a district with plenty of bars and restaurants, not far from the centre (Las Ramblas, Gothic quarter etc). It is cheaper than many of the hotels in this area and we considered it good value.

Beautiful, basic but decently furnished apartment just metres away from gran via. The host was very helpful and took the time to show me tbe apartment herself. The own patio is the highlight of the cosy apartment.

Nice area, convenient location, very friendly and helpful staff, nice property with all you need!
