“Incredible location and friendly staff.”
The best

Location! Right on Las Ramblas is obviously great. So close to the food market too so very handy to grab some tapas before heading out for the day. Staff were both very helpful, friendly and accommodating. They kept our bags for a couple of hours both before check in and after checking out without charging a fee, which some places seem to have started doing that now to make extra money. Basic facilities but we booked a place to sleep. I would stay here again.

To be improved

Little complicated to work out getting to the room but not a real issue haha.

Deluxe room didn't have a fridge despite the normal room does! Wished the room space was 20% larger

“Great location for exploring by foot. The room had everything I needed including complimentary water bottle in room. The shower pressure and temperature was great. The room was modern and clean and very cosy. · Cons: I paid an unexpected city fee upon arrival however this was politely explained to me upon check-in. The AC in room was a great bonus however it rattled and kept waking me up throughout the night. Regardless, I would stay here again. Staff are very friendly!”
